My production days went by, it was calm and simple but required a lot of attention, an important part of continuity and it went well. It was my turn for DOP. It was... well a bit annoying in some parts.

I think the most valuable lessons here for me is that people need to stay in there lane more and let those who are assigned to do that job full fill it. I felt when I was director or any of the head departments, I never wanted to cross the line. Because I know how it feels when getting overstep. It is very annoying.

Pre-Production

I thought the pre-production part was fun. I was able to think about the shots that I thought would be fun. I felt I made a lot of effort through all of the productions. I was the trying hard to get to know the stuff. It was good although when it came to a day before shoot day, it was a bit annoying.

Production

Before the shoot day, there was a bit of change in the shots. I was a bit shock but I had to go with it in the end. I was going in how the shots were going to look like. I knew a bit of it and went through the shots last minute.

Shoot day came and I didn't enjoy it as much as I wished. The shots were different than what I was expecting but I have to go with it. I felt like I wasn't in all of the conversations that I felt I should've been in. I was a bit disappointed and I didn't like working with the director so much but there was the pre-production which I enjoyed.

Post-Production

Although, DOP doesn't play a role in the postproduction but I'm assigned to edit his. It is getting pretty boring now repeating the same thing over and over again. I enjoy it a little bit but I'm going to be very happy once it's over.

P.S The time of this has published i already finished editing, it has come out really well. So as a little treat, here is the short film.
