10 Things From Atomic Habits
Just finished my first book of the year " Atomic habits" by James Clear. A former based ball player during high school that got in to a terrible accident causing him to force to quit. He talks greatly how identity of the habits show who you are and how you identify yourself to others. Here are 10 things from the book.

- In order to break the unattractive habit, you have to make the results unattractive. For example, if you are trying to reduce your screen time on apps or websites that aren't helping or even benefiting your life, make yourself do push ups.
