A DC filled with emotional, a story of a Mexican family moving the US and having to battle through the problems, teaching that we all go through bad times together if we fight through it together. A film directed by Angel Manuel Soto. Written by
Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer. Starring Xolo Maridueña, Bruna Marquezine, George Lopez, Damián Alcázar, Becky G, Susan Sarandon,

First impressions was I thought it was another star wars movie coming out seeing the posters. The poster looked so familiar I had to take a good look on what movie is it. The film was just a normal super hero film that did not stand out so much for me. The only thing that got me teary was the father dying. I loved how they bought out the mindset of immigrants moving from their country for a better living. Other than than that, it was just a typical super hero film. The idea of having their family work and help fight this war gave the meaning of family between the characters more stronger and meaningful.

The script talking about he family's struggles and relationship felt real and powerful. The bond and beliefs which led them to destiny. Most of the time, it was not engaging and memorable. The performance however, could have gone a bit further. There were very emotional scenes which could have taken the audience emotion deeper. The humour was amazing and the delivery in some of the performances were funny.

Overall, I would give it a 6/10. It was not my favourite super hero movie. I rarely watch any of the DC films but after watching this, I preferred The Flash. Even though there's a lot of controversy with the actor, I do think it has a better story and more excitement to it.
