First impressions of the films made me want to watch the first film. It was engaging through out the whole film, visually amazing and just an enjoyable film. Wynoa Rider is back and she delivered a performance. Jenna Ortega's character goes through a journey of change and dealing with her mother's popular TV show where she talks with ghosts. Where as her mother, is now seeing Beetlejuice after years. She freaks out. I'm not sure why but it should be explained in the first film. So if you've watched the first film, I think it would connect more to the audience and would give you a better understanding. Still, if you haven't watched the first film, it's also very obvious that this Beetlejuice is up to no good.

The dialogue was so engaging, simple but effective. It doesn't try to stand out with a different style of dialogue. It goes straight to the point. There are a lot of films that try so hard to have a different style or catchy writing but ends up not working. It's similar to Wednesday, the Netfilx TV series based on the story of the Adams Family.

Overall, I love how it is still able to stand out of the crowd and still continue the Tim Burton style. With all the Cliches, it is still out there standing out of the crowd. The relationship development of mother and daughter was strong through the film and kept me engage.
