A light humour film filled with painful truths and struggles of a true hustler. A Warner Bros production directed by Lawrence Lamont Written by Syreeta Singleton Starring Keke Palmer and SZA.

The Film was funny throughout with fun and entertaining dialogue and jokes. The film follows an Ambitious girl, Dreux who is eager to ger to a manager with this franchise. However, it doesn’t go easy for her with their rent money being taken by her friend’s boyfriend! There was a lot of drama and a lot of hustling finding that money. I love the humour that was put in too. It just bought up realistic conversations that happen. It covered topics that are in our world that still going on and reflects a lot on the society now.

The way the film was shot was so hilarious! In a good way of course, nothing could compare to it. It just felt like a fresh new film that when you have a bad day, this is the one you come and see. It was such a fresh film and the comedic timing was all perfect!

Dreux is a great example of working hard but also can get too focused with her goals and her frustration leads to blaming other  people in her life. The acting was so good! My favourite was the performance.
