I wasn't too keen when it was announced. It was frustrating hearing that they are doing another adaptation. However, the quality was better than I expected. I think it's also because of some of the discussions which interested me and affected me that it changed my mind and full filled me in some way.

The story is easy to follow and all of the storylines connect to each other which makes it less confusing. The set and visuals were gorgeous. Seeing the Wizard of oz and the beginning scene bought back the classic film " Wizard Of Oz" Feel to it. Seeing the other but conveying the theme of you looking different doesn't make you any much worth of respect.

I always hold myself high for kindness, I like helping people which in the film, it conveyed it really well. There were topics of greed, self centred and selfishness but it was addressed in a fun but also affective tone. I enjoy seeing these topics and having a film representing people who look different, still some how able to get along with each other.

Wasn't too sure about some of the dance scenes and felt like some of the shots weren't really the best options. Some scenes looked weird and took me out of the zone a bit.

overall, I like the topic and route it chooses to go and would love to watch the second part and see where it goes.
