My Final Thoughts Of Motion Blur (2025)

Throughout my experience working on motion Blur as the producer, I discovered many things, one is that not everyone you’re going to get along with but it is a choice to remain professional. I was working with some whom I felt didn’t trust me and those who did not fulfill their roles as much as they should’ve. I appreciated the people who did and worked hard to help create the film we have and will be premiering at the BFI.
Not only the working relationship but my capability as a producer. I felt I not only have proven to myself that I can do it, I can deal with the logistics, I am good with people, I can negotiate with business owners to secure deals for the film to be made, I have also proven to those who did not believe and trust me that with out me, their film wouldn’t have been made, a risk assessment to show that even though it was not perfect, i stepped up and gave a risk assessment to work on for us to be able to book out. I also built connections with people in my year that I am now continuing to work with in the future.
The independence I had working on this as well as taking on suggestions gave me, it thought me to be creative with my negotiations and my wordings throughout talking to the agents as well as business owners.
Concluding, this project has given me the improvements on collaboration, time management as well as managing a team and problem solving throughout such as how can I make this project under budget? I negotiated with Aquifer film studio owners as well as taking on suggestions from my DOP to do extra crowd funding for the film
