Patience

Patience

When something starts happening, the adrenaline is up and you have a goal, you would want it to happen as fast as it can. When it doesn’t you give up. People forget about patience. I do sometimes. I remind myself with the things I have accomplished.

A way to improve your patience is changing your mindset. Great things don’t come from 1 day of work but dedicating time to work on your goal, is a step closer to your goal. You slowly experience obstacles to fight back and you realise that it is not going to be an easy journey. However, you go through these struggles to realise how much you want this and this is the cost of becoming the person you  want to become.

To not lose motivation, have the main goal and through achieving the main, set realistic goals to slowly achieve without being burned out. I have been burned out and it is the worst place you can put yourself through. I didn’t get to continue to write the scripts I wanted to, or work on new stories. I was just done and lost motivation. I’ve learnt my lesson, I do still overload myself a bit but it is an going process. I’m never going to remove all that in one day, it takes time.
